01How does the Drunken Sword's drunken mode work?+
Drinking wine charges a drunken meter. When it is full, Soul enters drunken mode: every movement slows, he floats in mid-air as he swings, and he can dodge “in the illusion”. The director calls it Jackie Chan's Drunken Master pushed into kung fu punk — deliberately not realistic.
02Which boss drops the Drunken Sword?+
The drunken-swordplay master. He keeps drinking through the fight to build energy, and once drunk his movements and attacks turn highly erratic — the same style you inherit when you take his blade.
03Is the drunken style a separate stance?+
No. Styles are bound to weapons in Phantom Blade Zero: equip the Drunken Sword and Soul fights drunk, swap to another blade and he fights that blade's way.
