Dropped by Iron Fiend and the Jade Dancer in Village of Lu, with Fist Fragment: Core and Puppet No. 44's Eye. The pair is a hidden third phase of the Mu Xiaokui fight and only appears if the Young Mistress quests are done before it, so the saws can be missed.
